NATHAN WOOD’S GRIEVING FAMILY WARN OF DANGERS OF TAKING DRUGS AFTER RIVER DART DEATH

Our Youth Intervention Officer, PC Matt Harkin, continues to liaise with schools on the most relevant issues surrounding youngsters in Torbay. At TBGS we are holding a series of educational events across the year which focus on Drug and Alcohol awareness. During the next half term representatives from the Police, Health and Checkpoint will be delivering an assembly to students in years 10-13. They will be available to speak with students who may have any questions about this topic, during break and lunch. With the half term break upon us, we want students to enjoy their holiday, but be safe at all times and we would urge all parents to discuss these dangers with their sons and daughters.
